What you get is a wide acoustic panorama complemented by the elegant visual styling of sleek, rounded cabinets. This well thought-out design concept is reflected in further details: a telescopic stand and non-slip feet mean that placing the front unit on virtually any TV set is no problem whatsoever. One single flat cable with six colour-marked leads makes for easy, discreet connection to your surround system. And you can get the full surround experience by coupling this duo to a subwoofer, for instance from the quadral range. Or you can combine them individually with your existing loudspeakers.

And that's all. ... video was granted the exclusive opportunity to try out an example of the MAGIQUE in the acoustic laboratory ... The result was certainly astonishing ... Whereas conventional speaker sets largely project the acoustic energy forwards towards the audience, MAGIQUE creates a field of sound which completely enveloped the jurors. quadral MAGIQUE delivers fully featured 6.1 sound from two speakers and a subwoofer.

The MAGIQUEs give the impression of imposing size even in small rooms. They might not be the right choice for devotees of ultimate precision who like to hear the bullets thudding into the floor around them during war films. But they are indeed just the ticket for anyone who doesn't want to clutter their living room with more than two speakers and simply likes to relax and enjoy a multi-channel recording or a film. It's an elegant set which, with only two speakers and a subwoofer, manages to envelope the listener in sound in a similarly impressive way to many a set with five or more loudspeakers. The only tiny drawback is that a relatively high degree of care needs to be devoted to the positioning of the speakers. An intelligent and impressive home cinema system with only two satellite boxes. Magnificent craftsmanship, and thanks to the subwoofer, capable of putting on the pressure even in the bass range. A very broad, slightly diffuse sound image. Nevertheless, with excellent clarity of dialogue.
