Warranty case
Quadral GmbH provides the following voluntary warranty services free of charge in accordance with the following provisions if material or manufacturing defects occur in a Quadral AURUM product during the warranty period and the Quadral AURUM product is no longer suitable for the normal use described in the respective user manual of the product.
A warranty claim is excluded if
- the malfunction is due to improper use of the Quadral AURUM product that does not correspond to the normal use described in the operating instructions. The operating instructions can also be made available digitally on request at info@quadral.com.
- the malfunction is due to harmful environmental influences, in particular if the Quadral AURUM product is used in an environment for which it is not suitable according to the respective operating instructions, such as excessive humidity or heat,
- the malfunction is due to incorrect operation that does not comply with the operating instructions described in the respective user manual,
- the malfunction is due to an external intervention, in particular a repair, or to the use of accessories if no Quadral AURUM original parts were used,
- the malfunction is due to an external event, in particular an accident (e.g. a fall), insufficient packaging, a lightning strike/overvoltage or an overload,
- the Quadral AURUM product is subject to commercial use,
- the sticker with the serial number / product code has been removed from the Quadral AURUM product.
Note:
Quadral GmbH grants a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty for Quadral AURUM products sold in Germany.

Warranty period
The voluntary warranty is only valid if the product was purchased from an authorised German retail partner and the product was registered for the extended manufacturer’s warranty within 6 weeks from the date of purchase. Registration can be requested informally by letter to the above address or simply by e-mail to info@quadral.com. Please submit a copy of the proof of purchase and the serial number of the device.
The following generally applies:
No warranty work can be carried out if no confirmed purchase can be proven. Please enclose the registration receipt with the warranty enquiry. Quadral GmbH offers the extended warranty period only for products purchased in Germany.
2. Quadral AURUM products
The warranty period for the following Quadral AURUM products without power supply is 10 years from the date of purchase:
- Aurum Titan 9
- Aurum Vulkan 9
- Aurum Montan 9
- Aurum Orkan 9
- Aurum Sedan 9
- Aurum Galan 9
- Aurum Base Maxime 9
The guarantee period or warranty period begins with the purchase of the Quadral AURUM product from an authorised Quadral AURUM dealer. The date of sale on the sales receipt issued by the authorised Quadral AURUM dealer is decisive.
Warranty services neither suspend the expiry of the warranty period nor cause the warranty period to restart.
Warranty services:
In the event of a warranty claim, Quadral GmbH will remedy the defect or replace the defective device with a defect-free device free of charge at its own discretion without prior enquiry.
Quadral GmbH acquires ownership of replaced devices and replaced parts.
Assertion:
The warranty claim is asserted by handing over or sending the Quadral AURUM product within the warranty period to Quadral GmbH or an authorised Quadral AURUM dealer together with the sales receipt issued by a Quadral AURUM dealer. The sender bears the transport risk when sending the product. Quadral GmbH will not reimburse any shipping, transport, travel or labour costs. It is recommended to contact Quadral GmbH in advance to discuss the technical problem in advance and to initiate the correct steps. Note:
In your own interest, please pack the Quadral AURUM product carefully, preferably in the original packaging, and send it to the correct address. Enclose the sales receipt issued by a Quadral GmbH dealer and the registration certificate with the consignment. And please be sure to include a detailed description of the fault with the consignment.
Warranty claims under sales law:
The warranty claims of the buyer arising from the purchase contract with the seller are not affected or limited by this warranty to the buyer.
